My mother got married! it was a success if you ignore the fact that it was literally freezing weather. I love the new half of the family. Steve (the new hubby) is much coolness, as is his whole family.

going thru some seriously frustrating withdrawls... miss gaming, and I miss traveling.
I went to Kansas a few weeks ago and drove to Chicago and back from there. Spent a few days in Des Moines, and shortly after comming home, I left again for Montana for the mommy wedding. Took Greyhound up there and drove back with my Grandfather. That was nice, I missed him and actually got to see some beautiful country on the way home.

Things here are going..... I'm not sure where, but they are definatly going... I'm wanting to just pack up and go again. I love doing that. I feel so at home on the road, and there is a gaming event on the East coast next month that I would love to go to. I'm feeling no better now than I was a month ago. I am constantly depressed and can't seem to get out of it. I'm wishing I could just find a job and get on my feet, but if I am outside in direct sinlight for more than 10-15 min (which is pretty much unavoidable to get anywhere but across the street), I pass out and end up with heat exaustion. Or heat stroke which got me a few days before I left for Kansas. That sucked. passing out and spending the rest of the day unable to bring my body temp down, couldn't hold food down, pulse racing and all that other joyous stuff that comes along with being me in the summer...
So, with that problem, working is not too much of an option until it cools down. unless I get a night job or mannage to leave home before 9:30ish am and leave work after 7:30/8pm.

Right now I'm thinking that the best way for me to get money stuffs, is to sell my jewelry and other things. I'm looking into e-bay, and am getting ready for SCA. Well, there is SCA on the east coast, and several street fairs and things I could set up at out there. If I had an appartment out here, and could make rent and stuff, there is no reason I couldn't spend a month or so traveling around again and still have a place to come home too. then, by the time I'm home, it should be cool enough for me to be out working. Cingular wireless is almost always hiring for sales reps, and there is good money there.
I know this is possible. I could do it. especially with my tax return comming in in a week or so.

I'm not sure yet tho. so many things to concider and I know better than most how many things can go wrong on the road. no matter how well planned out things are, something happens. usually it is my deciding to stay longer or wanting to go somewhere I had not planned. I just need to think this thru all the way and make a decision based in reality, and not on my desire to pretend my life is ok.

I wish this was easier.
